The latest technology is transforming how we train and coach our clients today. We have clients in several countries around the world and many locations throughout the UK who we have never met in person. That would not have been possible a few years ago.
Once you are on-boarded you will work with one of our fitness coaches every week. Your training package includes bespoke training plans, nutrition advice, on-demand content and more. You can communicate with your coach via the app or Whatsapp. They are there to keep you accountable and maximise your time.
Our sleep and mental performance coaches bring their expertise to your coaching session. Initially you will have a call to discuss reasons for using this service. After that a plan is set in place for you to follow and fortnightly or monthly catch up sessions scheduled.
Our online community is growing every week and you can become a valued member.
If you are travelling with work or away on holiday, we can adapt your training plan based on your location. Send your trainer a picture of the equipment and space available and they will do the rest.
