Fitness, sleep, nutrition, mental performance. We have coaches in all four pillars of health that are ready to help you optimise your health.

The latest technology is transforming how we train and coach our clients today. We have clients in several countries around the world and many locations throughout the UK who we have never met in person. That would not have been possible a few years ago.

Once you are on-boarded you will work with one of our fitness coaches every week. Your training package includes bespoke training plans, nutrition advice, on-demand content and more. You can communicate with your coach via the app or Whatsapp. They are there to keep you accountable and maximise your time.

Our sleep and mental performance coaches bring their expertise to your coaching session. Initially you will have a call to discuss reasons for using this service. After that a plan is set in place for you to follow and fortnightly or monthly catch up sessions scheduled.

Our online community is growing every week and you can become a valued member.

If you are travelling with work or away on holiday, we can adapt your training plan based on your location. Send your trainer a picture of the equipment and space available and they will do the rest.

I was sitting on my couch, flipping through channels on the television when I came across the Ironman Championship in Kona, Hawaii. I thought to myself, damn these are some fine specimens of humans. How does a 50-year-old, 40-pound overweight guy become as fit as these athletes? I’ll tell you; they find Adam Powell.

It was time for me to start caring about myself, so I decided I was going to do an Ironman 70.3. I immediately started searching for a coach. I posted on a few social media sites and Adam contacted me. He was willing and had complete confidence that he could get me in shape for a 70.3.

Adam knew exactly how and what to do. After learning my strengths (not many) and weaknesses, he went to work designing a plan. Not only strength and conditioning, but swim, bike, run and nutrition. We had our weekly FaceTime calls to discuss workouts, training, and what I was eating. He genuinely cared, gave me as much time as needed during these calls.

During my training I had a few setbacks, shin splints, knee pain, etc. Adam knew exactly what to do and adjusted my training.

A year and a half later, I’ve done 2 Ironman 70.3’s, and many Olympic and Sprint distances. I’ve lost 40 lbs. and look and feel great. I’m in the best shape of my life and loving my new passion for health and fitness. I owe so much to Adam for what he can do and for the faith he had in me.
